Yea... Well.. I cant justify 1200 for the OG ones and they are to bubbly for me. Then they wanted 10 people to preorder for a revised set to be made and those would be 1200 as well.... I think these will be fine. Plus with the wheels (as long as they fit) and air we will be good to go.

 

Well I bought a new flare kit and decided I didn't like it, so I sold it. Stardast said they bought a G35 coupe to start a kit on... So I am first on the list for it. I will rock the old flares and paint for one more season and wait... If I don't like the kits that come out I will just do a custom metal wide body and call it a day... Possibly buy a G37 OG kit and mold it.

BUT for this season I got AirLift suspension. Full AirLift suspension 3H/3P kit. I will be doing a full custom kit in the trunk... Anyways.... I will also tuck the bay..... Done and done.

One surprise of many RARE PARTS that I have coming in... Clock is one of 6 ever made. LOTS ARE Tommy Kariana... just a little easier to get my hands on right now. Clock from a G37, retrofitted. Kick panels retrofitted and layed in carbon fiber. Shift **** with blue turtle. Top Secret badges and oil cap... A few extra blue turtles inlayed around the car...

were those the JDMFlare ones? I didn't like them when I saw photos, they don't seem to match any other lines on the car.

Crown Carbon Crafting told me they were going to start working on some G35 flares soon also.

 

Yes they are JDMflares. I have had them for about 2-3 years now. I like them. When I started there was nothing out for our car. I have worked with multiple companies to get products out for the G35 coupe... Though I have helped with the input on all of the kits... I did not build them so they built the kits how they pleased. I never liked the turnout of them so I stuck with what I had. Stardast is coming out with a kit and I am #1 on their list. Once that comes out I will install, tweak my stance as needed and finish up my bodykit how I want... If I dont like any of the kits out I will mash up a APR kit. Custom mold fenders and everything...

 

They never EVER made them for the G35. I am going in and custom fitting it to the G35. They are from the G37. They had a Tommy Karina edition G37 in Japan... So thats where these parts are coming from... I swore I Would never spend the money on parts... But now I have dropped 1k in rare parts... Time for arc bits now... Then I will have all the rare parts for the G that I want...

Where did you get your CF roof from? Or did you have it custom made? I'm trying to figure out where to procure one or if I just need to have it custom done somewhere; it doesn't appear that they're readily available from the bit of looking around I've done...

 

I thought you were going to get the actually RB style kit from JDMFlares? That's the one I'm talking about. I've only seen them on one car so far and don't like em.

O no... I sold it. I didnt end up liking it after I lined it up... I will looking into a kit. But I am just checking into other kits... I have just the Datsun wide flares on my car now.
