Thanks now I need to take more and better pics. It's been a long time coming but I think I figured out a way to download pics.

 

I've never tried it from a pc, but it is super easy on the iphone app

 

I have a Galaxy Note 3 and still can't figure it out. I'm not a 100% when downloading from a pc but I'm Learning As I Go along.
