My 3-piece 20"s - Now in Polished Gunmetal (PICS)
#19
Simon: My car is stock height and I'm debating whether or not I should lower it. A lot of my friends say keep it at that height but I already got the camber kits and springs. The 20" fill up the gaps alright and it's not really 4x4ing it.
Paranormal: You make a good point, I just saw it on the website. It looks like chrome in person
. I called my contact over there and I'll let you know the final verdict.
Happy New Year yall!

Hey Paranormal, the lips are confirmed to be CHROME, not polished as stated on the website.
My contact told me they were going high-polish on the lips but decided chrome was a better way to go maintenance wise and w/ more options including black chrome, anodizing, or other colors. They also have some other wheels not listed on the website, which they'll also put soon. The website will probably be updated sometime in January.

Thanks for your comments.
Soontobe: PM'd you the info.
NicolasGQ: You're probably right about the moonroof deflector thing, but it totally decreases wind noise when it's open and I'm too lazy to take it off these days.
e420x: I'm running stock sport suspension (20's fit alright, I'm probably not gonna drop it, I think) Unfortunately, I don't know the offsets. I just requested 3 things when I ordered:
1. Fattest lip
2. Will work with big brake kits
3. Won't rub if I drop it say with Tein or Eibachs
Give them a call if you have questions (www.dcrwheels.com) they're totally helpful and know what their doing so I didn't have to worry about any of that stuff. I just had to pick the sizes, color options, and tires. They have this black chrome lip (that no one has
) that I still might go back and do.

Yeah the split 7 spoke design is somewhat common. I've also seen some other versions of the split 7 like in 1-piece fake rivets (eeww).
Here's a compare and contrast of the 3:
DCR Hockenheim

DPE R07 Variant S
![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v448/rfchong/dpe_r07vs2.jpg)
iForged Daytona
![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v448/rfchong/daytonaside.jpg)
I guess in regards to appearance, they're pretty much the same except for a few differences in rivets, face curvature, face extension, and lip finish.
However, the difference is in construction, customer service, and price. They're all nice wheels IMO. DPE however is 2-piece not 3-piece. For some it doesn't matter there's advatages and disadvantages. iForged has an interesting repuation. So it's all personal preference I suppose. I think SickG35 is selling his DPE's which are sick wheels.
What would be interesting is a 2-step aka. reverse mount lip on these wheels...
Good luck wheel shopping guys!
