So far, on Tanabe NF210 springs, the Falken ST115 tires are really nice, very quiet, and grips good too.

I've only driven around a couple of days, I'll keep you posted on their performance, but so far so good!

Nice rims, I'm jealous! What part of West LA are you in? I'm near Culver City but I never get to see any nice Gs around.

Actually I live on Sepulveda & Palms area, but I work at Sony Picutres in Culver City. We'll have to meet up sometime so I can check out your G as well!

I drive through Palms on Sepulveda everyday on my way home from work. I live near Jefferson & Centinela. We should meet up some time before March because I'm moving back to the valley. Yes, I'm a valley girl at heart.

So how much did you get them for?

I got it at Sprewell Motorsports in San Gabriel, California. Feel free to give Vince a call at 626-979-1771. He's awesome to deal with. Their website is

http://www.sprewellracing.com

I'd give them a call to get a price. I can't say the price because I'd hate to give you a quote and the price he gives you may be higher or lower than what I got.

I'm sure he'll give you a great deal from the retail price from the HRE website as he did for me! I tried several places for this particular wheel from the East Coast to the West, but no one could beat his price.

Let's just say that I got it for $1000 less that what others were giving me and much less than the HRE website retail price. The closest someone came was within $500, but Vince gave me the best deal.

Good luck!

540R is for reverse lip, or straight lip. 540 comes with a standard, or stepped lip.

Basically they took the 540 wheel design and "Reversed" it so that the edge that is normally on the inside of the car is now on the outside (exposed side). They did this so that the "step" part is not now on the "back" of the wheel (unexposed), and that is where they would use the machine to install the tire. Plus it helps prevent the wheel installers from scratching the outside "exposed" edge (I think)...
