I've tried contacting these eBay sellers in the past, questioning them on that...their answer "they will fit" wtf?

I even made them aware that the lights changed after 04 and got no response.

Those are halogens too....not HIDs...fyi

Buckeye, where did you mount the switch for the Halos?

yeh. he replied to me and i states as well they were different after 04 and he said he has these for 03-06 models. not sure if he has 2 diff types but i doubt it. u could always add the oem hid's to them im sure. i went through that guys feedback (about 60 pages worth ) and sent a message to about 4 people who purchased the headlights and asked them what year their sedan was and such. One guy worked at a body shop and told me they fit perfect but im still waiting to hear back from a couple more people...

On the OEM HIDs, theres a connector inside the housing itself that attaches to the HID wiring harness (I have no idea what it's for). You would have to cut into the OEM housing to remove the connector and then re-attach it to the eBay ones.

It's not just a simple swap out of the ballast and harness. This is why I winded up using just the eBay lense and bezel from the sets I purchased and put them on the OEM base. The lense edges on mine are aslo not cut clean as the OEM ones.

So yeah, its dooable but will take some work.

I just got the other halo in the mail that was broke so I havent gotten them finished. Im thinking about just wiring them to the ingnition and running them like daytime running lights. There suppose to last like 50k hours.

I was looking for halos on ebay, I noticed that the 03-04's are for $100 and the 05-06 are for $200. Why is the 05-06s more expensive?
