Sweet!

It's always sad when a nismo dies before its time but as far as I'm concerned your car looks better than ever.

My rookie doesn't look quite so clean after I mounted my front license plate last week. Got hassled by the man for no front plate and threatened with a $200+ ticket.

^ Yeah, I still have yet to figure out what I'm going to do with mine. I live in VA, have way illegal tint and with this new front am asking to be pulled over with the above infractions. I'll figure something out.

I was considering rigging a stow n go type mount vertically inside the center duct but ended up mounting it there with a couple of 2" L brackets and fender clips.

In all 3 I have black mesh which I think came with the KuRookie when I had bought it. It definitely kept debris out. If you do silver, look for thin mesh, nothing like chicken wire cos that looks ricey IMO. I stay away from glossy too.

if there were common problems you wouldnt see so many people with it... and wouldn't read so many positive reviews about it...

95%+ have been completely satisfied. Probably more like 99% (I only remember one complaint, but there might be more)... the vast majority have been extremely satisfied. I highly recommend it.

I dropped mine off at the body shop to get painted as is. They matched it with my VIN #, I waited a month for it to cure and they put the bumper on. No issues at all.

cured is not required (he was probably just being extra cautious, doesn't hurt)... yes side marker brackets are easy, just need rivet gun (body shop should have no issue).

There is some drilling/dremeling on the mounting points - sidemarkers, grill, and undertray. The shop that did mine did a mediocre job on the sidemarkers. They were far from flush, but I fixed it myself in a couple of hours.

All in all I'm very happy with mine.

Letting it cure for that long isn't necessary, but it does help down the line. Less chance of the paint cracking if little rocks hit it. I had time to spare so I figured why not.
