^I'm not sure, but there's no reason they would be illegal. The US allows for amber or red indicators on the back. They might lack a DOT approval number, but an officer would have to be REALLY looking for trouble to find that.

Maybe Marcus or one of the other guys with JDM tails will see your post and check their tails for a DOT number.

I suppose it's possible they have it

I'll go down to my car and check right now. Where is the DOT number typically located? Is it just written in small letters on the edge of the tail lights somewhere?
