New G Mods :D

Right before i put away my car for the winter () i did a few things to my car.

For starts, i added a motordyne 5/16th" copper plenum spacer. Then after that i decided to try a new intake. So i got a polished fujita.

For some reason though, my car felt a lot faster with the pop charger than the fujita. For the first test drive, it ripped. Now it feels slower. Is the pop charger/stillen intake tube that much better than the fujita?

Next on the mods list, i added some LEDs to the clear corners and some nice yellow fogs

Looks sick in person.

Then, last but not least, some LEDs above my license plate.

To bad i cant drive it though

As she sits...

Yes. I remember there was a time when Fujita only made a product if it made significant improvements over the stock part. I think they're just making intakes for everything now...

As much as I hate short ram intakes (not boxes), I must admit that the pop charger or Stillen isn't that bad... It's not the best solution, but it's by far the worst. This one looks like it might get better flow, but the way the filter sits looks like it's just soaking up all the heat.

Do you think adding the heatshield from the pc might help it a bit?

No idea... I'm just thinking that the pop charger doesn't point down towards the block, and since the filter sits higher on the pop charger, it'll get more cool air from between the hood and grille...

Not sure switching an intake would be something you could feel? Maybe the sound is different and tricked the butt dyno?

I came from a stillen intake to the same fujita one you got. I like the fujita a lot better. I didn't feel any significant power loss at all. The stillen was a bit louder on a cold start, but I felt it was a bit obnxious under WOT. I love the fujita and plan on keeping it for quite a bit. I am adding a PC heatshield to it though. Just to finish the front snorkle off and see if it helps with any of the heat
