I'm about to be running +35 rear 9.5" and +25 8.5" upfront. I'm thinking you can tuck +40 on a 10" rim with some neg camber
You can probably go more aggressive than that but again...more neg camber

These are my old wheels from JMonsales They're 19x9.5s in the rear with a 35 offset and I'm not on my Buddy Club Racing Spec Damper Coilovers here, I'm on 350Z Prokits and I had to roll the panels. So in that case since I'm lower I have more negative camber and I can probably run lower than 30's
Out of those choices i'd go with the te37's, but i think it'd look better if you went with a thicker spoked wheel, it seems to flow better with your theme.
Also, what size tires were you running in the rear in that pic?^^^^^

If it were me and i was driving your car that dumped and keeping that much negative camber...
I'd go 18x9 +20 with a 225/45 18x10 +20 with a 245/40/18
