RADRaze2KX - Oh I disagreeee oh so much. My matte paint sucks dirt to it. Yeah the calipers are semi gloss so i may just keep it that way.

NFSP G35- No I will search in a second! I'm just scared its going to look out of place in the wrong way. Currently I do have the option if it looks like *** to cover it up with a red time attack strip.

 

Matte paint on the car will suck up dirt. But on the wheels, it's not as bad. Hides brake dust really well.
Honestly, I think the piano black would probably drive you nuts... it would probably look really good when it's clean.
What the heck... just go for it. It's only freaking paint, you can always change it later

 

I sat debating to put sandpaper to the rim. It's such a hard choice. Figured I would let it dry another day and then do it.

 

I'm doing mine right now. It's a lot of work for sure. I don't envy you trying to do that much piano black, that's for sure.

They're not the OEM 17s. They're some 19s I've had for a while, but haven't had the money to get tires on them.

 

oh nice! yeah jesus tires for 19" is obnoxious I'm still trying to copp some for my new wheels. Craigslist is dead this month hahaha

 

I think you're going to like what I do with the wheels. Been keeping it kinda quiet because some people are weird and I don't want negative comments before I even get them on. But they'll be on the car in a couple of weeks and I'll post pics in my progression thread then.

You need to go to the Sedan GTG ver 2.0 this year and do Matte Black vs. Ivory Pearl shots with Chris. I think that would look sweet.

 

my cars not in any place to have pictures taken of her . SO many things wrong with my paint and other problems. I'm not going to be able to finish it till the end of summer

 

^Sedan GTG is probably going to be in Aug or Sep... that gives you just enough time

 

hahaha awwww. Idk its pretty bad I had to repaint my whole front bumper. both my fenders have compression bumps from the bumper so it mess up that paint too. The list goes on all my tints need to be redone. booooo Maybe just maybe I can pull it all off.
