Angry My KUROOKIE got all f*cked up today

So for some strange reason today, i decided to take my G to school. I always take my daily to not really add more miles to the G. As im traveling at normal fwy speed, up ahead of me a stupid chevy malibu merges up onto my lane (old lady driver)traveling a bit slower than me. So calmly, but a bit annoyed i merge onto my right lane to diminish her a*s from my view. She decides to do the same dam thing!!!! By now she noticed me and sped up and as were merging , she goes over a big o tire piece from a big rig blown wheel that was laying across the lanes here on the 710 fwy southbound and it was just to late for me to swerve to avoid it . It totally cracked, paint chipped and my grill was completely torn off along with my clear corners. From the pics it doesnt seem too bad, but in person it does. I hope it can get fixed.!!! Im heading to autoxplosion tomorrow. Stupid lady got the middle finger for 2 straight minutes on the freeway. Never again am i taking my G on the long beach fwy!!

Thx guys. If your soCAL and you love your g, avoid this big rig turf freeway. Im hoping it will get fixed. If not Rookie is gonna have to take out the blueprints and hopefully make me another one I realized how strong this bumper really is though. I mean i was travelling at about 70-75 mph when my car got slapped wit that piece of rubber. Before i saw the damage i expected something worse. My grille was made out of fiberglass and that **** was desintegrated instantly and pieces scattered all over the lanes. I do feel relieved in way because the stillen hood missed it all, intact. Luckily no accidents to report.

I almost demoed a big possum the other day I am sure that would have lead me to a new bumper.

Good luck with the repairs man. I would have made the old lady pull over.

man, sorry to see that.
Same thing happened to me 3 months ago on 5 North at Anaheim. Stupid Jetta decided to come out from carpool by crossing the double yellow line. It kicked up a shredded piece of truck's tire. I was driving in my wife's CRV. Luckily the direct impact was on the license plate and the secondary impact was saved by clear bra.

Sorry to hear, but join the club. Mine is cracked on both sides where teh side markers are, driver side on the bottom, paint scraped off there too, paint scraped off on the passenger side...ugh. I'd fix it but I'm looking at another 500-600 with paint and install, but that's cos I'd be modifying it a lil. I'd rather put the money towards rims since it will be the attention grabber anyway. Good luck with fixing it.
