yet another succesfull bezel painted :D

thanks to G35 Papa's DIYbig difference from stock, i went with flat black paint, i kinda wish i would of went with matte or satin but at least the flat black contrasts my new eyelids very nicely tinted windshield 50% too, now i just need to remove the light tint on my tail lights and paint them black and i'll be murdered outt

That looks hot.

Not so sure about the eyelids...seem out of place, but the headlights themselves look great

Looks good. Something different which is cool.

On your windshield it looks like they installed the brow first and then the windshield piece. Next time tell them to do it the other way around and you wont get that white stripe across the two pieces of tint. Looks much cleaner and more stealth to the cops.

yea i did the strip first on purpose cuz if i ever have to remove the 50% i dont want the strip to go with it since it'd be on top lol

just took it out and smoked it with 2 coats of regular black paint, and the shroud that holds the orange signal was painted gunmetal to give the smoke on the lens more contrast, i wish i would of painted the part in front of the the headlights and fog lights in front of the reflector with the little ridges, i didnt think you were supposed to paint that, but i saw your headlights and some other guys and they painted that part too

Yep, you paint the entire bezel...well, thats how most do it anyways. There really is no law that says you have to do it that way.

Version two....a matte black like you still want and paint the ridges as well

i'm thinking of putting a really light lamin X tint on top of my headlights to protect em and make the ridges and the reflectors just a tad darker what do you think

I'm not a fan of overlays. I say crack them open again and do it right with paint A clear overlay would be great to protect the clear lense though

haha i already did em again, first i painted them gunmetal and that gunmetal paint wasnt dark enough they looked stock, had to do it all over again, i think i'll just leave em alone, you only see the ridges when you get up real close damn and the most time consuming part was marking off the ridges so they dont get paint, arghh i wish i knew you could paint those lol it would of been wayy faster and looked better
