From my experience, they run closer to true. Def not large, not quite on the small side but I think it's the way the sidewall is shaped that makes it seems like it stretches more than a completely true tire.

The only thing I didnt like about them is that they wear too fast, after about 10k KM there was only bout 30% tread left.
