Depends on what you want. If you'd like to keep the body the same, I say more neg camber. At this point, pulling may cause more paint to peel.

Each degree gives you 5mm approx. Might be best if you pull the fender some to gain that clearance, but I'd take it to someone that knows how to pull the fenders well. Even then, there's no guarantee that the paint won't chip.
