Molded trunks look good. The black sedan's tails look OK, but smoked tails FTL. Have never and will never understand smoked tails, especially that dark.

I had bats overlays for many years – got pulled over (for other things) many times and never cited… I had smoke painted even before molding the top part of the OEM lens and have had cops behind me, never pulled over (*knock wood*)…

The LEDs are bright enough to see perfectly – no visibility issues whatsoever.

They are a bit darker than I would have preferred – but there is a reason: Because of the blinker delete mod, the only way to pull off the effect that it is its own lens was to eliminate the lines you see within the plastic (run your finger over your OEM lens and you’ll know what I mean) – when you paint the OEM turn signal, that line is visible when you look closely… sanding it down and the dark smoke was the only way to hide those lines. They look even darker because AE blended in darker smoke around the edges to help conceal the lines even more.

In order to pull off the effect I was going for (with the top signal delete) this was about the only option (a coupe guy that isn’t familiar wouldnt get it).
