350Z engine cover fit a g35 engine?

If you have an 2003.0, you will need to cut the front of the cover to clear the clutch fan that the 2003.0 sedans run. The OEM snorkel should hide the cutting you'd have to do if you keep it on.

Since you have a 2004, you are fine but just wanted to point that out for others coming across this thread.

ok thanks alottt what difference will i have getting the 1/2 than the 5/16 spacer?

more top end power with the 1/2 vs more low and midrange power with the 5/16 which is the most useful hp
