A couple of weeks ago, I was driving to work (remember, I live out in the stix) and as I was coming up to a stop sign, doing about 60mph, I heard a thump. I thought I had run over a dirt clod left by a farmer (it was dark, before the time change) so I stopped an looked. The front right bumper cover was torn, the lower grill was smashed in (still there) and the inner fender liner was knocked loose. I thought I should go back and see what I hit so I turned around. As I got to the spot where I hit something, I saw a small red fox running off. I must have hit it's mate The fox I hit had run out of the tall grass and right into my front bumper. Later that day, I noticed that there was fox shat all down the right side of my car!

Anyway, I took it to Ricks Detailing in Corpus Christi Texas (the best body shop in town) to get it fixed. The nice thing is, it's a comprehensive claim on my insurance and it only cost me $50 out of pocket. While the body shop guy was filling out the estimate, he said, "and now the front lip". I didn't have a front lip on the car when I bought it, so I kept my mouth shut and now I have a very nice "fat lip" on my car for fifty bux!

Some pix:

He even molded it in for me!

I also got a new clear bra out of the deal too.

Many props to Rick, you guys in the Corpus Christi area should get your work done there. He matched the paint perfectly (as he has done in the past) and left the car looking great.

^ that sentence doesn't make sense to me..

So you are saying you didn't have a front lip and the guys from the shop ordered you a lip and included in the insurance claim?

If so can you figured out where they got the lip? Looks like its an ings lip that a previous vendor provide.

Also think your front would look a lot better if you painted the around the mesh, kinda like what G Sedan did.

Texas, your car looks good. Down the line, if there's a way they can mold a lip into the bumper it'll look even better!

They did mold it. Before, it was just screwed on. He filled in all the gaps.
