If it was molded it would look like a full bumper with no lines, you can see where the lip starts when you look at it from the side

look at the last pic and it is pretty clear that you cannot see a distinct line seperating the bumper and lip

ok, after calling the shop and 10 mins of the phone with VIS finally figured out who made the lip and what style it is.

The lip is made by VIS, KD style (made out of poly), he quoted me a price of $355 plus shipping. This is brand new item and not on the VIS website yet. They do have a pic of it for the coupe.

Kinda expensive for a lip, hopefully the 05-06 nismo front will be affordable.

At first it was just "attached" then he filled the spaces between the lip and the bumper and painted the whole thing. There are no gaps at all. Yes you can see the out line of the lip. Yes he didn't "mold" it entirely, but I like it and it's a lot of body parts and work I got for $50.
