^Yeah, the clip really doesn't do a lot.
Mine were held on with just the two bolts and 3M for quite a while. I basically just installed a clip because I bought a bunch and there was a place to put one
I guess when I swapped to the 05 bumper and got the mudguards from the scrapyard, the vehicle they were originally on must have had the splashguards on top, so there was already a hole drilled

The Kit comes with 2 longer screws for the fender. So I installed that and then I have the 2 short screws.
After installing it just with the 2 screws and the tape, I saw on the inside of the car there was a bit of space and air could easily get in. All I saw in my head was a body panel flapping in the air when I drive. So I am like shii I have to go buy a drill bit for this.
So I improvised. I took the 2 short screws and screwed them in. The 2 holes you need to drill, Go right into the bottom of the plastic bumper anyhow. So what I did was exactly the same thing, screwed them into the bumper

After 3 long weeks of waiting, these just arrived.
These do not drill into the pedals. Rather, it includes a bracket setup that goes around the pedal which is tightened by a screw + nut.
They offer them in silver and blue and there is a fitment available for 350z's. I'm not sure if G35's have the same pedal setup/size as Z's but if they do, you can try and see if they fit.
They feel awesome. The rubber grips are fantastic. If you have a manual G35, and want some different pedals these are it. I would recommend talking to a Z owner and checking his pedals to see if they are indeed similar.
