Dude... you got gutz masking and painting inside the car. I would have dismantled the entire dash

The finish looks a little bit un-even... is that just the lighting (or your crap camera? )

imo i think it came out great . maybe just picture lighting and angles ... but since he was painting "inside" the car I'm sure he took his time so there were no mess ups

+1 it does look a lot better good work

lol yea it took guts, that's why i didn't do it before. I didn't wanna deal with taking off the cluster. The finish is perfect, what you see is the sun reflection, i got some overspray on the dash but nothing a paint remover can't take care of, you can't tell i painted it inside the car

^What exactly do you mean "paint remover" ?

Don't forget you're dealing with some fairly delicate finishes there

^ is not a paint stripper that will fvck your **** up. I use something called oops! amazing remover I got it at pepboys, is strong enough to easily remove all paint but not strong enough to burn into the material like paint stripper does

^Those have got to be the ugliest wheels I've ever seen. Why would you ever put those on a G Sedan?

^Likely 19 x 8.5 +25 / 19 x 9.5 + 30.

What tire sizes are you planning on running given that you have an X? 225/40 and 255/35?

actually 19x8.5 +25 all around and running my current tire set up 225/40 and 255/35. I will eventually keep my eyes peeled for two 9.5 rears and keep the 8.5s as spares. I had to jump on this deal

Will run a 15mm spacer up front to make up difference in tire width.
