need lightweight... the only custom offset wheels that have a weight I'd consider are way more $$$$ than I will spend.

As for new wheels in general - The Volks I have aren't that old... I'm really not into buying another set of new wheels and selling these for a loss... so I plan to pick up a new set for the same price that I can get for these... if not, I'll eventually look at other car makes with the offsets I need.

if i recall, iforged makes monoblock forged wheels, they're priced competitively

iirc they are quite a bit heavier than the Volk I'm considering.

not really, they're lighter than the coupe, should of got the 2003.0 lightest of them all

I drive the lightest version of G that has been produced...

Some of us are as concerned about performance as looks... its a fine balance and difficult to achieve at times - but to me, that's what make it interesting... it's too easy to slap on some deep dish, wide rims - but if they are pig heavy and don't fit right, whats the point? For someone that istn intersted in the performance characteristics any wheel is fine - but I'm finicky.

I like to occasionally track my car - so performance is as important as looks to me (more important really, which is why I focused on performance before making it look cool).
