DG with 19" Rays: What happens when you don't roll your fenders...

Tire size was your issue, 255/40 is too large of a tire to be running with OEM 19s. You should not be rubbing with OEM 19s if you aren't lowered. I ran OEM 19s for a couple of years without ever rubbing and I was lowered on springs at the time.
Just roll your fenders and get a smaller tire (245/40 or 255/35) and you'll be all set.

I know I could change up the tire size etc. The wheels look excellent, but they just slow the car down like crazy. As far as handling, I feel like I'm driving a boat. I personally think that if someone were to get these, they should modify the suspension system as well as the asthetics to get them to 'work'. Additionally, when there are people in the back and you go over a moderately sized bump, it will bottom out. I wish they made 17" rays.
u drove like that for a week? dude. did u not hear the rubbing and scrapping when u were driving?

Nope, going to wait for a 17" ray miracle wheel that maintains the same stock size conventions.
Have you tried the 18 in. sport wheels for the sedan? They look just like the OEM 19's.
When I went with my 19 in. Rays I dropped the car also on G/Z springs. Definitely helped out in the handling of the car.
245/40 or 255/35 are your best bet on tire sizes without rolling your fenders. 255/40 is too big.

Jeff you think I'll need to roll the rear fenders with them lowered 1.3" in the back with S techs?
