doh, not to sound like a noob here but a friend of mine primered out the lense that is sopose to be yellow. what should i do? im sure if I wetsand i'll wetsand it too deep.

does anyone here have any ideas? i may just try some paint thinner and wipe it all off *sigh

more than likely paint thinner will be too aggressive and take the chrome off as well. try and use some kerosene mabye?

Ok, I didn't understand your problem at first, but I do now.
Your friend primed the entire lower reflector (aka the foglight/high beam part)

That's a really tough one man, thinner is probably going to kill the chrome, and primer bites to the surface fairly well, so IDK if you're even going to be able to get it off.

why did he primer it? if worst comes to worst, repaint it with chrome paint...just a thought

The reflectors are metal. Try using some brake cleaner. That should work.

Looks good! Lol in the picture when you were painting the small foglight thing that said "you can leave it chrome but I chose to paint it as well" it looks like dog **** on the news paper instead of overspray lol
