haha they are 20's levon you should know i was the one texting you with all the questions! no at the moment they are installing my new system so the stance is not getting fixed until i figure out how much more the car will drop with the added weight. i just put the wheels and pulled the fenders for later work that needed to be done. and like i said in a few posts before i hate the stance right now but it will be perfect by tonite once i get it realligned and raise it to match the front and add more positive camber. i will post pics once i get done

Yeah I know they're 20's lol. Just saying it don't look like it when it tucks a little. I've thought about making the rears tuck like that too with 18's but I think that'll make em look way too small.

Lookin forward to pics

Hey guys, i have a quick question. On a coupe oem rear strut assembly is there a bump stop that can be removed so it will compress more? If so how big is the stop. Sorry, im out of town and was checking on my options to find out what i need to buy to go lower. thanks

There is a spring mount, but since it isn't a true coilover, there is no bump stop.

The spring mount can be cut and will lower the car roughly a half inch.

Blain, Im talking about the bumpstop that is under the dust boot on the strut. I have a bag in my spring bucket so there is no spring mount in there. The oem strut bottoms out before the bag does. I already found out what i needed to know. Thanks

And it does have one? or doesn't?

I haven't seen OEM struts in a hell of a long time lol

Are you on stock struts with your bags?

There is a stopper under the dustboot. On some lowering springs it will tell you to cut it down. Since i have a coupe at my shop almost every wk i see these all the time. Yes i have a factory coupe strut in the rear with my bag for dampening. On the front, its a complete airstrut with adjustable dampening. Im debating on picking up a set of mdu rear struts with the adjustable fork or may look into some tokicos for a 350 if i can find out if they are shorter when compressed

Thks Grant. Marcus in that pic i posted is with out a strut completely. Thats with the bag compressed completely. I took the strut out to confirm that the strut was bottoming out before the bag was able too.

Grant you say it has shorter travel, but do you think when its compressed it is shorter?

Heres a pic with the bag all the way down with the coupe strut in there
