You absolutely need an alignment. As mentioned before, different wheel and tire size will alter your suspension geometry. Also, camber isn't as important as toe. Improper toe will result in a tire dragging; whereas negative camber still allows the tire to roll freely.
The wheels aren't for me as just about any convex wheel seems "off" on a G35 to me. I'm glad you like them though.

Looking good man..same drop as me...I have the same offsets as you and just added a 20mm front 10 rear and u get good poke..hope ur rears are rolled..did u get a decent stretch in the rear with 255/35?
I wanna do 255/40 or 45 rear because 35 is too skinny I wanna fill that gap in a little more..
