now time to make the plug --- this is the exact shape of our trunks that he we pull molds for the boxes



now time to start making my final boxes !!




little test fitting time to make sure i snapped a few pics as well so you can see how flush it sits and when you look directly in the middle you dont see any box !! it was PERFECT !!!






mounted the wire inserts !






now to fit the other side in with a few other pics to see it was hidden looking directly from the back!




we found to plastic pull out pins in the finder same on both sides ...



time to start carpeting and finishing up the install..
