The specs are
19x9.5 +14 front w/ 225/35/19 tires (a bit too small imo)
19x10.5 +28 rear w/ 245/35/19 tires

I may go with +23 rear and +9 front since these tires are stretched more than my last setup. not sure yet. I am also still debating how low I want to go. Speed bumps are pretty much impossible right now but i can still make it over the small ones.

It is more aggressive than my last setup but I don't know what it will look like if I lower my ride height more. We will see I guess. At this ride height though, they work well.

Thanks man, i am going to be dialing it in and playing with ride height/offsets a bit over the next month or so. Once I get it dialed in, i will take some more pics

quick update. installed some SPL titanium camber arms in the rear. Will be going 10mm's more aggressive back there after a 5mm pull of the rear fenders on friday

And for the front, i took out a ring in the coils to drop me down to 23.6" inches fender height and went 10mm's more aggressive. I am at 19x9.5 +3 now

Whats up P10 WRC
Im also in Arizona and got a 05 sedan as well.
Im looking at the Z Tein s along with HP shocks for my sedan.
how did you like the tein s before your upgrade to coils ?
