I'm still waiting for all kinds of stuff to come together in the engine bay so I can install the LEDs I got - all reservoir covers, hose ends and catch can are at plater waiting to be black chromed, only thing missing are intake clamps that are finally being made then they will go to plating – might have plenum and tbs black chrome plated too (its black chrome powder coat now)... having plastic pieces re-painted (first round of black chrome paint didn’t turn out quite right) - just got my engine cover and center air duct (snorkel back) from air brush artist (it looks great!) - had OEM Z-tube painted, but FINALLY got the CF Z tube from MSA (the Z store), but it was their only one so those of you that were following that thread they have more on order... so the CF tube is getting painted black chrome - caskyline is gonna make a new ground wire kit for me (this will be the third set – not by him, all different) but it finally will be the cover color that I've been after! Techflex carbon PetFlex wire sleeve over AWG4... Got some TechFlex F6 split mesh sleeve for the main wire loom and painless performance split mesh for the smaller looms (all black) - I have projectxcustoms blue LEDs waiting to be wired up to hit everything with a cool accent...

So lots of stuff waiting for finish - some stuff ready, but weather hasn’t been cooperative (until last couple days, but I've been working)... But hopefully in another couple weeks most, if not all the engine bay will be done!

Had some PowerGrid endlinks on order for 2 weeks, found out today they were shipped out!!! Yeah! So when they get here with Eibach rear camber a toe adjusters, I'll swap Pro springs with Sportline and have a Papa wannabe stance (wannabe as in trying to be Papa, not a crossbreed between Papa and user name wannabe

This stuff takes sooooo much damn time its crazy!

Still have to get car in to have radiator core support re-done - it was painted when the bumper was fixed and trunk lip molded, but they didn’t fill a few holes... also having grille re-done... contemplating reverse hood cowl (probably will have shop do that when the car is in there next)... then the only thing is fender flare (that’s the one I've been shying away form) - if/when I do that I'll have the doors shaved.

Then done! (for now ) At least with cosmetics… then back to figuring out what more to do with performance… Oh yah, I forgot… waiting to see what goes on with OEM Akebono after market rotors and 2 in-the-works mounting bracket options… so brakes are on the short list too…
Like Tim just said...thats a whole lot of ****! It's gonna come out great, I'm sure. Black chrome is a very nice choice

I changed up the lights the night after I sent you the pics I winded up using all 3 of the LED lights I bought.

Some pics of the lights I added.

Switch for the lights

^That's very cool Chris.

You should remove that greenish bracket on the AC Line and polish those babies with Mothers Aluminum polish....bling, bling! Also, have you considered painting your dipstick black like your reservoir tanks (I still need to paint my tanks! Was going to do it last weekend, but ended up working on another project).

Thanks Marcus

I'll give that bracket a good polish and see how it comes out! Thanks for the suggestion

Yeah, the dip stick in on the list. I'm actually considering painting the entire engine bay matte black Make the polish and reds really pop. It's going to be a long teadious process but I'll just take my time doing it

Hey Mike! Long time no see! Thanks for the comp. You need to setup another meet over at the coffee shop when the weather stays nice.

As usual you have done an excellent job Chris! Looks fantastic! Now let me bring my car to you so you can do mine.

Thanks, Yea I think Toyota had something similar too. The Denali was my inspiration to do it.

Not sure yet. It depends on if I do a color change to the car or if I just reshoot the DP. I may do it again with HOK paint just to see what the difference is. Body color is another option.

Maybe fire and skulls on my C10 I really wanna get my feet wet with custom paint/airbrushing.
