the light was out and my rear tint is so dark its impossible to see the light. So yes now I no longer have a third brake light . Not yet I am not sure how I want to mount them since I am also working on a fiberglass box for my subs. It is always sometihng

Lol just another thing to get a ticket for... i guess is how i look at it. Illegal tints, no third brake light, no front license plate, probably illegal engine chit, lol field day.

 

the whole 3rd brake light law in CA is so contradicting its dumb.

California Vehicle Code says this:

(b) Every such vehicle, other than a motorcycle, manufactured and first registered on or after January 1, 1958, shall be equipped with two stoplamps, except that trailers and semitrailers manufactured after July 23, 1973, which are less than 30 inches wide, may be equipped with one stoplamp which shall be mounted at or near the vertical centerline of the trailer. If such vehicle is equipped with two stoplamps, they shall be mounted as specified in subdivision (d).

And the tints not illegal in the back or sides just the front.

but yes if i get pulled over again and the cop wants to hand me a nice ticket we can go on for pages.

front tints, tail light tints, front plate, no wipers, no 3rd brake light, clear corners, clear turn signal, no cats, unapproved intake.

In the end it is all worth it.

 

It is lol if i do something as simple as remove my front plate i get reamed by my sisters fiance. Hes like "Why do you care so much? Your just asking to get pulled over." and im like "Oh well."



What speakers you going to get?

 

why? it cleans up the look so much! knows nothing!

My parents gave up the first day I bought the car. Now it is more just " try only one ticket this month " none sense ahaha. Half my paycheck was gas and tickets. I don't get pulled over much anymore knock on wood.

For the speakers though probably something cheap I just need some high and mids. Nothing special.

 

I did precision audio components up front and infinity kappa coaxials in the back. Sounds really good and they werent that expensive!!

supposed to be picking up some staggered 19" m sports this weekend finally. Then its time for a drop... hope i can pull some overtime before i get too deep into school.

 

I dont believe M sports are staggared (you cant run staggared on an X anyways lol) and i like your car except for that lip! its ishy lol Put your stock one on and just paint the sides.

 

You can run a staggared wheel setup as long as you keep the tire diameters the same.

^he's right janik and yeah the lip is different in person it does look weird in pictures but i plan on painting my lower sills and my lip after i graduate. 8 months to go lol
