Thanks guys.

I had plans on lowering it more this past weekend but just never got around to it....I still might do it this week since I don't have to work.

I've had this drop for a while now Don.

Don't do it if you love your bumper... I'm on my 3rd... I'm at a perfect drop right now where I'm as low as I can be and be able to drive everyday without ruining my bumper and lip... but there is always that possibility...

I have been thinking of going lower myself, but any lower will not help performance-wise, and although it'll look better for now, I'll be scraping on everything. (and in fact, in most cases, the crazy drop can be worse for your handling)

2003 Mazda Protege5. I got a great deal from a friend so I went for it.....to save miles on the G and cause my son is going to need a car in 2 years (if he has earned that right and is mature enough for one )

Spent some time in Sean's (SxExCx) garage today. Installed some Venair hoses and Pi-Thon hose locks. Only got to take a couple of photos before it started raining on me!

Will have a new intake on next week and my RareJDM harness cover will be back on soon too. Other things in the works as well.

That looks awesome Marcus!
Let me know if you find a good product to keep those hoses nice and shiny.

If you don't mind...I'm going to steal your idea on putting the other 5/8" lock on the back hose as well. I couldn't get it to fit on the other side of the front coolant hose either

Thanks Chris. I'm pretty sure that other back hose took a different size than the 5/8" one because I was still left over with a 5/8". I had a couple of other sizes that Sean had laying around in his garage. Still need one more in that size to attach to the other end of the back hose near the plenum.
