Thanks I've always had a thing for "ugly" backgrounds. I also have some nice spots I used to take pics of my old car with so I'm gonna wash it up and take some more pics this weekend!

4nroots - those are great pics!!

I've ordered the exact same setup (Sport w/ Nav + Tech - Platinum Graphite/Graphite).

Question - what is your winter setup (looks like 17's). What rim and rubber are you using? How does the sport handle w/ the winters on? Decent at least? Very interested to know, as its been snowing/cold in Toronto lately.

Oh yeah - 4NROOTS - how much did the winter setup cost (rims + rubber - seperately)?

I am riding on 17 x 7.5 Motegi Silver MR7's on Hankook Ice Bear W300's

Purchased from Tiretrends.com (canadian tirerack)

I have hankook ice bears on our bmw too, and they are phenomenal tires for the price. I would highly recommend tiretrends, and no PST if you are outside BC.

The car is quite excellent in the snow....VDC et al. are all quite good at keeping the car in line. We have had some bad snow and ice, and this set up has worked out very well for me. Had it on the 401 this past weekend with no problems and great performance on the dry stuff too.

This car is a blast to drive....congrats on your purchase. where did you buy from? did you get a good deal? I got quite an excellent deal (PM me for more info if you want)

oh...and price on winter set up (incl rims and road force balance): 1415.74 CAD dollars taxes in and shipped to my front door (737.80 for tires, 597.80 for rims)

That was my question... I have the Belkin adapter, but didin't think the video would work through it... So when you want video, you bypass the dock connector?
Have you seen the XtremeMac RoadShow?

When I want to watch a video I leave the dock connection in (to charge it) and simply switch over to using the headphone port on the iPod as well.

If you're watching a video you don't really need to be playing around with the iPod, so at that point you can stick it back in the armrest. I'd only keep it out when playing music through, but so far I've really just been using the MP3 CDs because I like having the song info display on the screen.

That RoadShow cable looks perfect by the way. I wish I would have originally gotten something like that.
