Thanks guys I think I like that better then the aluminum it dresses up the interior. I might like the aluminum without the funky pattern on it. Mine is going to have wood.

I've always had wood - but the aluminum looks great in person.
Have you looked at it?

Yes, the one I test drove had the aluminum and it looked nice but I am not crazy about the pattern on it, I wish it was just plain aluminum. I am happy I am getting the wood, you know what they say different strokes for different folks. Either way it is an awesome car!

Personally, I just didn't like the washi-style aluminum finish, which is why I got the wood interior. I thought the wood was more luxurious looking. Wood wasn't a requirement for me, and would have been happy with some other non-wood interior, but I just didn't like the washi finish. I thought it wasn't "refined" enough for this car. But, that's just my opinion.

i wish the rosewood could have been an option for the S. That graphite interior and rose wood looks really good. Probably goes well for just about any color

The rosewood looks even better in real life than in the pictures I took. The marketing folks really have their work cut out for them in deciding what options to put with what models. I suppose they're just doing their job.

Not another "Woody"...............

The Infiniti G35 or 37 is a sports coupe and that doesn't include some
funky lookin wood interior. If you don't like the factory interior have it
painted the exterior color of your car.....black. That would look "Rich"
and way better than wood!
