Wow, i guess this little toy car brings out the little kid in a lot more of us than I had thought! 
Just out of curiosity, how many of you would be interested in one of these? I'm not making any promises or anything but I can check on getting some in for you guys if enough of you guys want. There's no point in me bringing in 1 or 2 of these but if there are about 6-10 people who are in for sure, it would be worth my while to get some in.
As I said, this is just a feeler to see how much interest there is on this. I don't know how many I could get (apparently the first run sold out everywhere) and I would have to see how much it would cost in shipping to get some to me from Japan, then out to you guys, but I'd like to help you guys out as much as I can, in whatever way I can, so if there's enough interest, I'll definitely check on getting these in.
*Just realized that I could possibly be violating some forum policies. Mods, please let me know if I am or delete this post if it is in violation. Thanks.

Hikos, that is awesome bro. I would definitely be up for purchasing one of these. I checked the website referenced earlier in the thread, but I can't tell if they are available in different colors. I would obviously want Garnet Ember if available.

Count me in. The conversion comes out to about $18, excluding S&H.
Now, color isn't my main concern because I can always spray paint it. But I would love to have one of these.
What are the dimensions of it? Sounds small if it uses AAs. Small = good
