Pics of my vinyl roof

Just got this done to the G. Its a high performance glossy vinyl. I decided to get it done after i saw my boys 06' sedan with it, his is a diamond draphite and i thought it looked tight. Anyways i can always remove it and go back to stock. I didnt wanna paint it cuz this was way cheaper and reversable.
Waiting for infiniti to see if they can get me a black XM radio antenna...

kinda like a white shark swimmin in dark water lol

Took these with my iphone

Material was expensive and the install was about 1 1/2 - 2 hours

Im happy with it...definitely changes the look of the whole car

so by vinyl are you talking about something similar to tinting film or what is the product that was used.

yea the vinyl is like a tint. You remove the back do the whole spray with soap water and apply. The only hard part of the install was around the antenna and along the grooves on the left and right side...other than that it came out pretty good IMO. Of course if you get close and inspect it you will notice its not paint but an overlay, with minor defects along the grooves on the sides.

this tint/vinyl sign shop in Boca Raton Florida.

Where u located? They could probably send you a large cut out based off what ever Specs u send them and u can do the install ur self if u think u can do it.

My car was the 2nd one they ever did so i guess u can say it was a risk seeing what they came up with

is it one or two pieces?

it's nice, but kinda expensive if you ask me. paint is only 125 more and paint is more reflective/glossy.

one piece.....i got quoted from a bunch of places to paint a roof and 300 would be a dream come true..its not just mask and spray..if you want it done right they have to take out sun roof get in those holes and inside the sunroof where the factory paint is still visible , probably have to take off the whole roof, i have no idea what process that requires. The places i got quoted from to do the black pearl from Nissan was nothing less than 550.00. Yea the paint is more glossy and reflective but its not removable to go back to stock and that was my mian concern if i ended up not wanting it.

To be 100% honest it was more of a lets see what it looks like and if i like it ill keep it and if i dont ill take it off deal. But i ended up liking it so it will stay for a lil bit.
