Have you received any comments from people about removing them?

Somebody post pics of these on Plat Graphite!!
Can be removed . The key is to heat up tyhe vinyl with a hairdryer and slowly peel.

Man that black looks SO nice, I can't wait until I get mines. I am trying to wait to see if they change the name on the 09 to G37.

Do these have the cut outs for the lights? or are they a complete cover?

Huh?!? Thats a confusing answer you gave there. There are 2 versions, one if a complete cover and the other has two circles for the lights to penetrate through more, so do you mean they are the latter?

Has anyone ever put a clear film beneath the overlays?

My concern is down the road a few years, if I remove these overlays, the headlights will be worn in the cutout area only.
Am I worrying about nothing here?

Okay, I have another question, since we're on the overlay subject.
Just how much light will I lose from my reverse lights with the 6/10 rear overlays?
Is it that noticeable from the driver's seat when backing up?

By the way, I look at these pics of the G (above) and looking at the Falken sneakers, I can't wait till I get my new wheels.
Mine are delayed. One tire was running out of round during the mounting and another tire had to be ordered.... and Falken can't make these things fast enough.
If they're anywhere near as good as they look, they'll be worth the wait.
