i wanted to go air ride, was quoted 2300 before the price of gauges and custom fiberglassing a spot to put them

not sure the brand, quoted from a guy out of houston. He asked me what i wanted, i told him i wanted daily driveability with not too low of a drop (didn't want the scraping the floor look) and i wanted as little mods to the body as possible... so it would be reversible. and he told me 2300 + the price of how ever clean i want the inside of the car to be as far was gauges etc... So i'd have to buy separate gauges and pay for the fiberglassing. So it'll probably end up 3k+

where it's low, but not TOO low... and i can raise it up for the bad streets, curbs, floods etc...

 

and there's the first ruined Challenger.... lol It doesn't look that awfully bad but those rims are too big and spindley on that kind of a 'muscle' car to me and it's a little lower than I'd like.

evilMonkey, what's the minimum drop on your coilovers? I want handling but don't really want much, if any drop. If your interested in selling, you could PM me your answer along with what you need to get out of them.

Too low = screwed up suspension geometry. The car will feel harsh adn you think you're "handling" is better...but it isn't.

Typically with coilovers you have 0 (stock) to 3".

 

Off topic, but Im diggin those wheels. Anyone know who makes them??

 

Does anyone have any idea if these will fit the AWD?????!!! If they fit i want them big time!

 

i decided not to sell for now, maybe later on... not getting enough hours at work to save up...

i know it can go little higher then stock and it can go low as the picture on 1st page but do not know the numbers...

awd has different set up so its not gonna work unless it was made for awd, thats wat i heard

 

a little higher than stock? that's not necessary but w/in 1/4" of stock all-around would be killer. or drive it at near stock height, then that one time a month or whenever a track meet will be, drop it down 3/4 or so. let me know when/if you wanna sell.

right now my car is little under stock. i think its about same as wat springs can give... but can go higher or lower but with my exhaust... i dont think i should go any lower!!
