Winter Setup

We actually got a few cms of snow last night, so I figured it was about time that I installed my winter wheels and tires. I purchased this setup from a fellow owner here on Driver for $500 and it was worth every penny. My setup is WS50 Blizzaks mounted on OEM 350Z wheels.

Garnet, you happy with the WS50 Blizzaks or is this your first season?
I bought the same tires and had them mounted on some 5 spoke aluminum wheels... complete pack from TireRack.
I expected the wheels to be basic crap, but I was pleasantly surprised.. they look great.

Hope the tires do well.

I ran Blizzaks on my 03 G Sedan and LOVED them and was 100% satisfied with them. This is my first winter with my 07, however I am expecting them to perform every bit as good as the ones I was running on my 03.

Garnet Canuck,

That's a very sporty winter set up. I love how the rims/tires are pushed out to the wheel wells.

Okay okay, before all of you think that we have snow all year around and live in igloos, that's not the case.

The few cms of snow that we received over night is now gone. Last year, the first snow we saw wasn't until mid January and hardly got any the entire winter.

It snowed here a little last week. So don't worry.

Shane, where'd you find such a deal? I'm probably going to be needing some snow wheels/tires for my wife's car soon
