Post a pic of your dropped G35

hey guys, planning to buy a 2008 OB G35s in a few weeks , and also can you guys plz post some pics of your (lowered) G35's? and one more request, can you guys also post a pic of your G35's rear from a far distance? (5-10 ft away?) wanted to see if you could still see the tires (you'll know what i mean by the attached pic lol ) just wanted to make clear that lowering the car will help hide the tires tuck. thanks alot,

Your best bet is to look through this link as its a whole group of people's lowered cars. Spreadsheet is a sticky in the tech section.

I know what you're looking for though, and I don't have a pic like that. Honestly, I think that lowering it hides the tires a bit, but what does it even more is lowering plus the splash guards. I'm looking at the rear end of my car from my office right now, and the tires from the back are still very apparent.

That being said I'm always down for posting up a pic or two of my ride! I'll at least try to make them somewhat of the back...

Here's a couple. Are you trying to get rid of excess camber? If so, you can get a camber kit installed.

no, im just trying to see if lowering the car will help hide the tires from the rear view.

example:

stock Height

Lowered

see the difference? it gives the car a wide look, looks much better imo

That looks like a 3" drop. You won't get it that low without some serious rubbing issues.

That looks pretty low. Not sure where you are located, but in California, no part of the car can be below the bottom of the rim IIRC.

Maybe a body kit with rear skirt or valence might give you the look you want?

you definitely have ***** evil-monkey, I think all you need is a set of spacers, and some wider rubber, and it will look bananas!

Evilmonkey will regret that 3" drop after a few months. You have to drive extra careful with that kind of drop. Forget about going up steep inclines unless you like scraping.

Wow that is low. I think it would look a lot better if it were more like 1.5" but it's your car.
