For all you folks who needed a reference shot to see what chrome M 19's look like on a V36, I snapped these for you.

 

Wow, didnt think I could say this, but the chrome really makes the M 19's look terrible. Chrome FTMFL. Polished or OEM Paint FTMFW.

 

Is the tire size 245/40? What's surprising to me is the stance doesn't look much higher than with the sport 18's....I'm actually thinking about this combo(non-chrome) along with a slight drop with IMPUL springs.

I've seen them chromed before but they were unmounted in boxes and I could already tell that they wouldn't be too flattering. Chrome just screams "Detroit" most times IMO. This was a customer's car (HPD officer) and I figured since folks are always wondering what various OEM Infiniti wheels look like on other models/generations, I'd snap a few pics. The shots of the White V35 here: https://g35driver.com/forums/media-share-g35-sedan-v35/196450-v35-sedan-w-oem-v36-sedan-18-sport-wheels.html are of another HPD officer's G Sedan. Apparently they can swap out wheels on their cars but they have to be OEM wheels from the same make or company. I believe they're allowed to swap out the stocks for Nissan OEM wheels as well as I saw another cop G Sedan with OEM '06-'07 18" 350Z wheels. I've also seen one or two V36 Sedans rolling on FX35 Sport 20"s, again HPD officer vehicles. If you thought the chrome 19"s were bad, yeesh. I say to each his own, but the FX 20s do NOT match the V36 at all IMO.

 

I just put them on my 05' sedan, I love the look. I don't think I would like chrome however.

 

I'm not liking the chrome at all I think it looks horrible , although I love the look of the stock finish M45 19" wheels.

NICE!! Now that's what I'm talkin about. I hate the chrome look on these sport 19s. If one decides to get these why ruin the nice factory finish and chrome them out for the "look at me" effect? Love em on the 05 sedan by the way.

Like everything else, chrome wheels is a matter of personal preference.

I would get chrome M-Sport rims for my G when I get it a couple years from now.
