GC maybe I'm not exactly sure of your plan, but maybe we could do it like a modified version of the NCAA tournament(sorry its almost that time and I'm already giddy). What if we had 4 polls which would be the equivelent of 4 regions. It would be open polling in those. Then in the Final 4 we could do head-to-heads, making semifinals leading up to a finals head to head showdown?
So you are saying that we should break the 3-4 polls down into different geographical regions, and the winner of each of the regional poll moves onto a head to head poll for the semis, and then one last head to head poll for the final? Am I following you correctly?

Maybe not truly geographical...but at least in 4 separate polls leading down the path of head to head. I think doing them randomly in the 4 like you said would be fine. I just wasn't sure if you were going down a head to head path...I think that would add some fun instead of having 4 against eachother in the last poll.

I wasn't originally going to go the head to head route (basically because I never even thought of it ), but if you guys want to go that route, that's totally cool with me.

I think I will stick with the random picking of entries for the first poll though......that way it's completely fair.

Here's an old picture of mine. I'll take a more glamorous one after I wash it this weekend.

That white one is hawt...(The black tinit around the tail lights really makes it look polished. Well that and the wheels, tint, lowering, etc lol)

During my trip to the dealer ship I just oogled all the cars since they took so long servicing mine. I love the Sedan but I like the coupes even more. Too bad with 2 kiddies it's much too impractical.

So for the initial 4 polls that we will be running before the head to head stuff, how long do you think these polls should be open for? Would a couple of days be enough or maybe a week? I want to make sure everyone has a chance to vote, however don't want to drag it on for weeks on end.

My initial thought was to leave the first round of 4 polls open for 5 days but thought I would check to see what everyone else's thoughts are.

Id say 5 days, Shane. That seems like a good amount of time.

Yes. The first round should be open for a week. However on the thread write underneathe the rules and how everything will go and make a schedule letting all the voters know the start and end dates for each round (so that they know all the 411 if they choose to participate in the voting) and since your gonna be the only post on the voting thread everyone will have no choice but to read it
I.E.
FIRST ROUND FEB 4 - FEB 11
SECOND ROUND FEB 12-FEB 14
THIRD ROUND FEB 15 - FEB 16
FOURTH ROUND FEB 17 - FEB 18

some thing like that
