G35x with 18" G37 Non-Sport Wheels PICS!

Here are the pics of my car with the new 08 G37 non-sport wheels. They fit perfect and look great. Everyone at the shop commented how nice they were. Yes it is a X so I have not lowered it yet. The wheel is so much more detailed than original. It also appears to look much deeper.

Tires are stock 225/50 although 245/45 will fit. I felt I needed to try out the 225 tires since they were brand spanking new on the wheels prior to switching to 245. The size is perfect and I don't know if I will switch to 245.

Holy crap, I love the look. Kinda like the M 19's which I'm a huge fan of but smaller. May consider these if they're a decent price. I wonder if I can trade out the g35 sport 18's for these hmmm

I think they look better than the stock 18" on the sport model. They are exactly like that on the 08 M35. Offset is 43mm which is perfect for the X model. The 225/50/18 tire is about 1/2" wider than the stock 215/55/17. Depending on the tire manufacturer, a 245/45 would be the same or slightly wider than the 225/50. Handling is great and ride quality didn't diminish. I bought these with the stock Dunlop SP Sport Maxx A/S A-1 tires for $1300. They were a new car take off and less than 10 miles.

Yes I think a slight drop would be awesome, but I haven't found the best method yet. As a 40 year old, I want to avoid the racer boy look and have a subtle aggressive look.
