G35xS on 22"s

here is my car. i traded in my 2006 Is250 AWD for the G35xS. So far i like it. Only thing i've done so far is put some 22"s on it.

Pic of my IS250 AWD. Deeply missed!!!

the reason for trading in the IS250 was because of how awfully slow it was. IMO it looks a lot better than the "G". But I hate all show and no go.

Lol i was thinking the same exact thing before i even scrolled down to see your answer. I rode in a friend of mines before. We were following a friend with a is350 and going kinda fast on the interstate. The 250 had a hard time keeping up with the 350. I was like oh come on it cant be that bad haha. Drove it, and yea, it was smooth acceleration but it just felt like it was struggling when it came to merging and stuff like that

its a very rare color. its called Desert Sage Metallic..... It was my favorite thing about the car. I the "G" came in it.

I am gonna drop it im just deciding which springs to use... Tanabe NF210 or Tein H-techs. I think im gonna get rid of the 22"s and just put on some FX45 20"s in hypersilver with a set of 10mm spacers up front with 15mm spacers out back. the 22"s look cool put you can definitly notice a decrease in both performance and gas mileage.

those 22's look really out of place. definitely ditch them. the fx's rims aren't all that great on the g, but hey i guess it would look good to you. the m45s's 19's on the other hand are kinda sexy

The 20"s are only 8" wide with a +40 offset. but im gonna rock some spacers at all four corners.

Whatcha think???

run 245's or wider on them and it's all good. half the reason I'm thinking m45sports is the extra half inch. i *hate* the stagger and want to go wide at all four corners

I just got a set of 245/35/20 Falken 452's for them. I hope its a smooth ride. I was gonna go for the 255/35/20 but a kid down the street from me had a brand new set of the 245's for 300 bucks so i couldn't pass it up

255 on an 8" rim is a bit difficult with some tires. i ran 245's comfortably on my last car (17x8's) but stuffing 255's on that width would have had your tire guy swearing at you, haha
