White G35X dropped, nothing special.

Well, finally got some pics up.

Here's my 08 G35X dropped on eibachs and rear camber kit. Nothing else...yet. Lookin for some 19's as my 18's off my old car seem a bit small.

By the way, for those wondering, the eibachs are for a non-x g35 (still'08 as there is no part# for the X), but fit perfectly fine, sit right, and drive great. I wanted the AWD G, but the car's 4x4 look just wasn't working for me. Now I'm happy.

Is a rear camber kit 100 percent needed?

Thanks for the replies guys.

To clarify my original post:
what I MEANT was: I love the AWD feature of my car but hated that jacked 4x4 look. I even quote myself:
I wanted the AWD G (WHICH I HAVE), but the car's 4x4 look just wasn't working for me (SO I TOOK CARE OF IT AND DROPPED IT). Now I'm happy.
Sorry for any mis-interpretation.

For those wondering, the kit is for the RWD G35 or sport model. the eibach part# is 6383.140, front drop 1.4", rear 1.3".
The alignment kit was part# 5.72260K (toe and camber).

Someone asked, is the alignment kit 100% mandatory? I couldn't truly tell you. I would, and I did.

I researched on the forums here and the guys' posts tell me it was necesary. for a mere $200ish for the kit, why risk camber-wearing good tires. I think my alignment was out almost 3 degrees in the rear after the drop, now all is good. Do it right the first time is my motto.

A camber kit is never 100% required. It just depends on the kind of camber you will be ok with and the tire wear you are willing to deal with. To an extent more negative camber is a good thing for performance.

I agree!A little camber is just fine..

To the OP.. drop looks good.. im actually trying to decide between tanabe and eibach.. H&R's are a little too low for my taste.. i think eibach is just perfect
