G35 in action at the road course

(made the pass 2 turns later)

Probably part car, part driver, but this thing was sick on the track. I passed everyone in my class and was offered an intermediate spot in the weekend event. Lots of compliments from the photographer and the Audi guys who hosted the event.

It was fun to get one event done in the G35 while I was finishing up the track toy:

It handles amazing... no video tho

It's super planted, great power, very easy to control at the limit. It was hard to get into the BMW this last event because the G was so sweet.

One of the things I love about the G35 is how easy and predictable it is in the corners, modded or not. I love how they kept that same pedigree in 2nd generation as well.

I have a friend with a Porsche Carrera that goes to Sebring. He told me his instructor drives pretty much my exact same car, a silver 07 G35S auto.

He said it did very well on the track.

I was very pleased at how my S handled at MSR in Texas: Brakes were great, predictable in corners, felt strong throughout.

OP, great pics!
