Well i originally wanted to run Falken452s 245/35/20, but they were on back order for 6 weeks, so i just asked what they had in stock that minute and they had Toyo Proxy4's 245/35/20. Definitly not my first choice, but i got them for 100 bucks a tire so i can't complain. Ride is alright a little bit of road noise.

I used the Tanabe NF210 from the 03-06 G35Sedan. It rides like stock just its lower. Less bounce to the ride too.

Thats all just the springs... Nothing else... I personally did not install them but the guy that has lowered all my cars said this was the easiest of them all that i have had lowered...(Lexus GS400, Lexus IS250AWD, and the G35xS)

I have yet to get it aligned but even with the AWD i don't have any vibrations!!! Im hoping that everything once aligned is close to factory specs so i don't have to get an alignment kit.

You have to see from your tires to fenders, how much room you have. Remember your front wheels have to be able to turn. From the looks of it, since you are lowered (Eibach or H&R), and have an overall larger diameter wheel, and higher spring rate than that of the OEM springs, and depending on how low you sit, and how much the top of your tire tucks under your wheel well, using a 5mm spacer really won't make a difference you can actually see. Sure, 5mm. However, I have mostly seen these used for clearing brakes (compensate for larger calipers). Also, you have to factor in the change in damper (compression and rebound from springs and shocks) from lowering the vehicle. Mostlikely overkill information att his point. Just trying to give the facts to help you make a wise decision!

Are your rears tucked a little? They look to be.

Anyways, you can always buy a 5mm or 10mm (wouldn’t recommend) spacer to try it. They are not expensive. You don't need to get H&R, Ichiba or any brand names. If you do decide to get spacers, I would recommend universal 5mm spacers. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME! NOTHING DIFFERENT! This is mainly because from 3mm-10mm spacers will not have hub centric. They're all universal so it's no point to pay more.

Just my $.02!
