fake or not... good photoshop or bad photoshop... it still looks great. i wish northern NJ wasn't so full of crap and actually cared so much about tints so i could black out the chrome and do tints for it to flow nice.

It doesnt bother me at all. Very similar to the sport package on most BMW's. An upside is that it covers the scratches and finger print marks on the chrome that i am constantly working on. I'm surprised how easily our chrome shows small scratches.

Wow, that's a hell of a thread revival...almost a year old...lol

You can use vinyl to cover the chrome like others have.
Another option would be to remove the trim and get it painted, but I don't know if it's worth the hassle. (if it's even possible )

You can either vinyl it while its still on the car or you have to call up rick at riverside to order you new pieces so you can paint them.
When you take those pieces off, the clips always break.
So thats are your 2 best options bro.
