not far. you missed the part where he changed his story to:

my car was parked and a drunk driver hit my car.

and then someone owned him saying parked cars dont blow airbags.

 

Airbags can deploy up 45 mins after a car is parked depending on the car. Do I think that this was the case no I don't. I think that the kids stick arms could not hold the steering wheel.

i don't see the problem with being young and having a decent car, though yea this kid was too stupid to drive it responsibly, i was 15 when i got a maxima, 19 when i got a Acura TL, and 23 when I bought myself the G35.... And probably next year (I'll be 25) I'll get myself a newer car around 50-60k.... I think if you are fortunate enough to have nice things, there shouldn't be anyone saying you shouldn't have them. And it doesn't matter on age, now a 17 year old with a viper, i would agree is a no no, but a 17 year old with an entry level luxury sedan sounds totally fine with me

yeah, you're paying for your car with that fat 12k/yr job of yours...this **** sickens me, i'm 22 and when i was 17 i was driving nothing but pieces of crap...this G is my 12th car and ONLY new car i've ever owned...my dad used to own a used car lot with a bunch of old cars that i drove off his lot...everything from '88 300E, old F-150's, explorers, cadillac coupe deville '92, oldsmobile aleros, '96 mitsu galant that ran for a week, the list goes on...

i'm finally on my own now with a real job, and not only paying for the car but something called BILLS...some of you teenagers need to realize just because you might be paying half the car note a month doesn't mean you get any respect from me. when you start paying yourself through COLLEGE, or actually get accepted to a decent school and live on your own, whatever you say doesn't mean **** to me...yeah you might pay 200 bucks a month for your car from smoothie king, working for your parents, or your allowance, but don't forget who's paying for that roof over your head, water, light to read and do well in school, food, insurance, and the spending money you receive to go watch movies and hang out in parking lots...

if you're 14-18 and own a G, i don't mind...but don't tell us G owners who actually pay for EVERYTHING we use, that you're actually paying for the G. unless you're lil bow wow, or lil romeo...please stfu

^^, it's not about how long the journey is but what you learn along the way my friend...don't get me wrong, i don't know what was up with my parents but my older brother got all the new cars...he got a '99 mercury cougar when he turned 15, and a c5 z06 whenever he went to college...the harder you try the less you succeed, don't try at all and get everything you need (some of you teens are examples of that)
