finished emblem-less grill

A few pics of the process..my old man did most of it. Last one didnt come out so good. Ill take some tomorrow when i put it back on.

Awesome work, that is going to look sick on your ride! Post some pics up with it on your car when you get a chance.

Looks like you used bondo to fill in the gap and then spread green substance over it, what is that greenish material that you used?

Actually, the green is bondo. My dad used mostly fiberglass to fill in the gap. I wouldnt recommend using all bondo to fill in the gap as you would most likely run into problems down the road. The bondo was used really just to get the final shape. Thank you to all for your compliments.

If there were just some way to get the black chrome back....

Good work.

I want to do this, but I don't want a "painted" grill, I want the original color.
