Here i'll lay it out for everyone in simple terms.

Little drop = IMPUL

Medium drop = Eibach

Big drop = H&R

Really big drop = Tanabe DF210 Lowering Springs

I dont know heres my situation...

My car is AWD I cant stand the stock 4x4 look and front gap of the car. I need somewhat of a clearence for winter time because we do get alot of snow in hamilton, ontario. But since the car is AWD I have no problems taking on the few inches of snow. Thirdly, to have the impuls shipped to my door would cost close to $1000 and the eibachs with camber would only cost around 500. Lastly I have 19in rims so i dont really know how ethier set of springs would sit on them.

help....lol

Remember that Rick at Riverside Infiniti can get the Impul springs for $695 shipped to CA, so depending on where you are, it shouldn't be too much more than $700.

UPDATE: It's been two weeks and the front corners are even, but the back right is still 5/16s higher than the left (I'm a perfectionist). I think this is because I haven't had a passenger sit in the backseat. I think it should be even after maybe another week or two. I put some weights behind the front seat, 60 pounds and that should help with the settling.

You're right, I just have to wait. I didn't get the alignment yet, waiting till it settles. I was the same way about my exhaust too.

I installed my drop a few days ago and went ahead and got an alignment because they settled quickly. I'll go back and get it double checked in a few weeks

Looks nice, I wanted Impuls too because i need the clearance for the AWD, BUT with the exchange rate now at 1usd to 95yen, it'll be really hard to get Japanese parts for cheap....

I really need to get some G37 wheels, but i need all to be the same....

i got eibach, on an x, it works.

BTW, for the X, the drop might be a bit lower in the front as we have extra weight on the front end (i read somewhere an additional 80lbs).

Really? I just know we are almost 200 pounds heavier than a Journey. Which means it's only 80 pounds heavier in front we should have a better weight balance through out the car right? Normal journey is 53/47

Yes, we are ~200 lbs heavier than a journey. I think our ratio is 55/45 so the balance would be worse.

Csquared - if u do end up buying G37 rims, we can trade 2 rims (ie i can take the front rims, you take the rear rims or vice versa)
