Lexus GS300 was stopped

I stopped behind him

96 Accord stopped behind me

09 Focus packed with 6+ people slammed into Accord

Accord hit my driver side rear

Accord went over the center divider past me and hit Lexus.


Facts:
Focus had 6+ ppl in car all of which fled the scene before cops arrived leaving driver by himself

Accord had no driver's license.


Result:
Focus front-end gone

Accord front-end and rear gone

My rear gone

Lexus rear damaged.

Whos at fault?

My car's still in the shop since some idiot braked from 50 down to 0. Should be done in a couple of days though.

damn man, that sucks....well if this was in the UK the person who's at fault would be the 09 Focus since he/she was the one who hit the first car which lead to the following outcome. But I think the accord would pay you for damages and if you never hit the Lexus then you shouldn't have to pay for anything.

Not sure of the uninsured driver though, he will be in trouble one way or another! Post some bigger daytime pics if you can. I loved the look of your car too. but it will be good as new after!

Focus 100% at fault. The other cars were completely stopped and could in no way avoid it. The Accord driver will be in legal trouble for driving with no driver license may end up in jail if the person keep driving without a license - driving is a priveledge not a right. Accord will have to possibly prove they did not hit you before the focus hit them. Judge will be tough on accord owner. Lexus and Infiniti not at fault, if it's as you say.

I was in a rear end accident once that was a result of a pile up. Same scenario, minus the illegals jumping out and running away... lol

Long story short they ruled the guy that hit me at fault for my car and the guy that hit him (and caused the whole thing) for the damage to his car. Their reasoning: he was stopped too close to my car and wouldn't have hit me if he was stopped a few feet further away.

damn dude...sucks to hear about your whip...definitely the focus' falt...especially considering that the other 6 people dipped out (i don't even know how you can pack so many in a focus)...but i bet the kids had some illegal contraband on them...otherwise, why leave the scene of an accident?

i really feel bad for the guy in the focus...cause now he's gotta deal with all kinds of drama within his group of friends on whether or not he's telling on them and all that BS haha...sucks for that guy. sorry to hear about your car man, hope everything gets fixed back to perfect
